The Strand is the first of our contemporary style luxury mobile home annexes for larger gardens. 

If you are looking to downsize from a large family home and want something just a little bit different to the traditional annexe, we cordially invite you to view one of these mobile homes at the show centre whenever you wish.

As with all our residential mobile annexes of this type, The Strand complies with the Caravan Act and requires a Certificate of Lawfulness to site in your back garden.

This makes obtaining permission to build a mobile home in your back garden much more straight forward and is something we carry out on your behalf as part of our turn-key service.
