The Affinity is a perfect granny annexe or garden lodge for downsizing, retiring to be near to family or a provision for elderly care that is easy on the eye and the pocket.

As with all our retirement lodges, The Affinity comes fully furnished in a choice of sizes and yes, you can choose all your furnishings at our Design Centre.

All mobile home annexes in this range are delivered as one complete unit or in two halves and assembled on site.

You will need a Certificate of Lawfulness to build an Accolade in your garden which is a service we offer as part of our turn-key approach.
